My full name is Jiun-Yuan Bright Chang, friends know me as Bright. Born in South Africa 1992. A passionate developer that believes coding takes me to where I want to be.

The nature of my qualifications and experience has prepared me for market level competitive software development. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. For one course, Advanced Programming, an understanding of the programming industry in C# and SQL was essential.

My 4 years work experience at Innoverse Creations (BrightLabs) helped me apply my skills in a business environment and broadened my coding skills range(Java, JavaScript, JQuery (Limited), native Android development, Twitter Bootstrap, PHP (Limited),Python (Limited), WordPress (Limited), VB (Limited)) through various studies and research. I was given the opportunity during my work to deal with clients and their software needs on a regular bases. I worked with a partner in designing, development and maintain existing solutions as side projects and a passion to learn.

I am a fast learner, also able to adapt quickly into the organisation's business needs and help translate them into relevant and robust solutions. My goal is to also help the organisation reach its long-term direction and strategy. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
